At Wild Forest Experiences, we are committed to providing a seamless and well-organized travel experience. To ensure fairness and clarity for both our guests and local hosts, we have established the following booking and cancellation policies.
1. Booking and Payment Policy
Reservation:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 60 days before the tour start date.
If the final payment is not received on time, Wild Forest reserves the right to cancel the reservation, and the deposit may be forfeited.
2. Itinerary Changes Policy
Changes by the Customer:
Up to 30 Days Before the Tour Start Date: Customers can make free changes to their reservation, subject to availability. Any difference in cost will be communicated and must be settled prior to the tour.
Less than 30 Days Before the Tour Start Date: Changes may incur additional fees based on availability and the nature of the requested adjustment.
Changes by Wild Forest:
Wild Forest reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary to enhance the tour experience or in response to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or safety concerns).
Any significant changes will be communicated to customers promptly.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Customer:
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
Cancellations made between 45 and 59 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
Cancellations made less than 45 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Wild Forest:
In the unlikely event that Wild Forest must cancel a tour, customers will receive a full refund or may opt for a credit towards a future tour.
4. Travel Insurance
Mandatory Requirement:
All participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation.
Proof of insurance must be provided at least 15 days before the tour start date.
5. Health and Safety
Health Requirements:
Participants must be in good health and capable of participating in the activities outlined in the itinerary.
Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking to ensure proper arrangements can be made.
Safety Precautions:
Wild Forest prioritizes the safety of all participants. Adherence to local laws, customs, and instructions provided by tour guides is mandatory.
6. Visa and Travel Documentation
For International Visitors to Thailand:
Participants are responsible for securing the necessary visas, passports, and other travel documents required for entry into Thailand. Wild Forest can assist with visa applications upon request.
For Thai Visitors Traveling Abroad:
Participants must ensure they have the appropriate visas, passports, and other documentation required for their destination. Wild Forest can offer guidance and support in obtaining these documents if needed.
7. Conduct and Behavior
Participants are expected to respect local cultures, customs, and traditions during the tour.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
8. Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risk:
Participants acknowledge that outdoor and adventure activities involve inherent risks.
A liability waiver must be signed before the tour, releasing Wild Forest and its staff from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the tour.

Wild Forest provides a 24/7 emergency contact number for participants to use in case of emergencies during the tour.
