• From Chiang Mai: A scenic 1.5–2-hour drive using Google Maps.

• From Bangkok: An 8–9-hour drive via Highway 1, turning into Thoen District and following road signs.

2. Public Transportation

• From Bangkok: Regular buses to Thoen take approximately 8–9 hours.

• From Chiang Mai: Buses and minibuses to Thoen take 3 hours, depending on stops.

3. Private Transportation For a more comfortable journey, private taxis or vans can be arranged. Prices start at 2,500 THB (one way, excluding fuel costs) and vary depending on the season.
